Canterbury Trails is a whimsical community named after Geoffrey Chaucer’s well-known work, The Canterbury Tales. The community offers two story homes shaded by tall trees and offering large backyards for families to enjoy the outdoors. On streets such as Canon Yeoman Trail or Pardoners Tale Lane, the community is as charming as the characters it is named after. With an active homeowners association that holds community events monthly it would be hard for the new homeowner in Canterbury Trails to not get to know their neighbors and become an integral part of the community. Some of the home sites sit against the Slaughter Creek, offering trails that are close to home but feel a world away. For those wishing to enjoy dining and shopping, Southpark Meadows is a short drive offering unique eateries and the entertainment complex, The Grove.
