Northeast Austin is coveted for its access to major highways; affordable home prices; and proximity to downtown to the south and Pflugerville, Round Rock, and Georgetown to the north. This area offers well-established neighborhoods with homes built between the 1950s and the 1970s with new developments in the mix as well.
